Pop-Up Shop
Small Business Pop-Up
A space for small business entrepreneurship
Periodically, we’ll be featuring a different small business banking customer front and center in our business pop-up space. It might be a brand you’re already familiar with, or something completely new to you! Check back regularly to see which new local business you can help support — or apply below to occupy the space if you’re a UBT business banking customer with a product to sell.

Community Conference Room
Community Conference Room
A meeting space for everyone
Need a change of scenery for your next meeting? We have a space for you! Our community conference room is a free space open to the community — perfect for any type of meeting or small event you’d like to host. Just reserve a time by talking with a member of our Union Bank Place branch team and it’s yours to use.
Upcoming traffic considerations
Recently, the City of Lincoln began construction for “Project O Street.” Union Bank Place will be most closely affected during phase two of construction (from Fall 2026 to Spring 2027) when closures on O Street will take place between 11th and 14th Street.
We will remain open during regular operating hours throughout this project. Click below to see full details on Project O Street from the City of Lincoln.
What small business is popping up right now?
Vital Vines is taking over the pop-up shop from Monday, May 4, to Friday, August 28. Founder and owner Sydney Vecchio will be offering floral arrangements, houseplants, locally sourced produce, and horticultural advice to customers. Click to read Sydney’s story and learn more about the products and services she offers — and be sure to follow Vital Vines on Facebook and Instagram!
