If you’re traveling domestically or internationally…

Let’s place a travel note on your account to ensure your debit card works wherever you go. Within UBTgo, you can submit a travel note to UBT by selecting Debit Cards, followed by Manage Travel Plans. 

Within your travel plans you will be asked to include:

• The state(s) or country(s) you’ll be visiting
• The start and end dates of your travel plans

If your travel plans change, no worries — you can share this update with us by updating your travel plans by following the same steps provided above.
 

If you misplace your debit card while shopping…

We can help you with that, too! UBTgo offers debit card controls where you can choose to temporarily turn your debit card off and then turn it back on once it’s safely in your possession.

Debit card controls can also be used to limit where you shop and help you stick to a holiday budget. Using the Spend Limit option under Controls and Alerts, you can block transactions over a certain amount; the Merchant Types option gives you the opportunity to further streamline where your debit card can be used — all with the flexibility to change these controls in real time and at your convenience.
