Smarter About Self-Care: Keeping Your Wellness Wheel Rolling Smoothly

Featuring Brittany Tran, Community Relations Coordinator at Hallmark Homecare

What does being healthy really look like as we age? According to Brittany Tran, it’s about much more than good doctor’s reports. Using the Wellness Wheel as a guide, Brittany explored five interconnected areas of well-being: physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual. She encouraged attendees to think holistically about their health, noting that when one spoke weakens, life can feel a little bumpier, but every spoke can be strengthened at any age. Along the way, she shared simple strategies for improving wellness, from taking walks and reading daily to practicing gratitude and connecting with loved ones. Her message was both practical and encouraging: Start where you are, take one small step, and let your wellness wheel find its rhythm. Have a look!
